Our carpet cleaning method is hot water extraction(also known as steam cleaning). Hot water extraction gets deep down and pulls out grease, dirt, dust, mites, allergens and odors.  This is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers.  We use a powerful truck mount unit to maximize efficiency.  This means your carpet gets cleaner and dries faster.

We follow this 12 step process to ensure quality results:

1. Pre inspection to assess problem areas
   
2. Pre vacuum removes 79% of dry particulate soil
3. Pre treat colored stains if necessary
   
4. Apply pre conditioner to loosen and suspend embedded soil in carpet fiber
5. Agetate pre conditioner to allow proper penetration of conditioner into carpet fiber
6. Neutralize pre conditioner to allow for proper extraction
7. Soil extraction
   
8. Groom carpet fibers to ensure proper drying
9. Apply carpet protector to repel soil, oil and water born stains (optional service, additional charge)
10. Distribute carpet protector to ensure proper coverage on all carpet fibers
11. Install air movers to expedite drying
12. Post inspection to check quality of finished work
    

All of our carpet cleaning technicians have been certified by the IICRC to do just that, clean carpets.  They have all gone through extensive training on everything from soil removal to pet urine odor control to carpet construction.  They are professionals in the truest sense of the word.   Our technicians are also required to attend a minimum of 2 continuing education courses each year.
